ئاست ئه‌و داخوازه هه‌بوایه. كه رِۆژانه رِۆڵه‌كانی گه‌له‌كه‌مان به
درِندانه‌ترین شێوه كوشت و برِه كرێت.

Messieurs les membres de la commission pour le prix Nobel de la paix.
Dans cette lettre. nous aimerions attirer votre attention sur une femme.
politicienne kurde dans le Moyen Orient.
Elle a donné sa vie pour la paix. pour la liberté. pour les droits des
femmes. Madame Leila Zana a passé dix ans dans les prisons en Turquie.
tout simplement parce qu’elle demandait une solution pacifique au
problème kurde. Ni les tortures ni les difficultés de la vie de la
prison n’ont pu affaiblir sa volonté de combat. Au contraire. après sa
libération. dans son premier discours. elle a appelé à la construction
d’une société civile qui peut protéger les droits de l’homme et amener
une solution pacifique pour le problème kurde. Le combat de Leila Zana
encourage des milliers de femmes dans le Moyen Orient à suivre le chemin
de la liberté. de l’égalité et de la fraternité. Nous pensons que le
combat de cette dame mérite le prix Nobel de la paix. Accorder ce prix à
madame Zana serait de votre part une contribution à la liberté et à
l’égalité dans cette région. Nous espérons que vous ferez figurer Leila
Zana sur la liste des candidats au prix Nobel de la paix et que la
politique ne sera pas un obstacle à cette décision.

The Centre of Halabja against Anfalization and Genocide of the Kurds
(CHAK)
CHAK is a non-profit independent organization established in 2002 that
acts against the genocide of the Kurds in Kurdistan (the Kurdish regions
of Iraq. Turkey. Iran. and Syria) .
Its aim is to increase awareness about the genocide campaigns and human
rights abuses committed against the Kurds.
CHAK
calls the United Nations. the international community and the human
rights organizations to investigate
the
atrocities and ethnic cleansing in Kurdistan.
prevail a peace. Compensate the victims of the crimes.
appeal that
March
16th (the day that Halabja attacked by a chemical weapons) becomes the
international day of the interdiction and the destruction of the
chemical weapons in the world and to punish the factories and the
countries that provided the former Iraqi régime
with the
chemical weapons.
