2005. 6. 10 ماڵپه‌ڕمان: www.dangymrov.org بۆ سه‌رنجی به‌ڕێز دكتۆر ئیبراهیم ئه‌لجه‌عفه‌ری سه‌رۆك وه‌زیری كاتی عێراق. به‌غداد به‌ڕێز ئاماژه به وتاری مه‌راسیمی ده‌ست به‌كاربوونی و زاری به‌ڕێزتان و ڕه‌چاوكردنی یادداشتنامه‌ی كوردو شیعه و پێش ڕێككه‌وتنه‌كه‌ش. ده‌مه‌وێت بێبایه‌خی ته‌واوی جه‌نابتان به‌رامبه‌ر ئه‌خلاقیاتی ڕێككه‌وتننامه‌كه ڕابگه‌یه‌نم. به‌تایبه‌تی ئه‌و زاراوانه‌ی پێوه‌ندییان به فیدراڵیزم و هه‌رێمی فیدراڵی كوردستان و ماده‌ی 58 ی یاسای به‌ڕێوه‌بردنی كاتی عێراق ه‌وه. هه‌بوو. هه‌ر له سه‌ره‌تای مه‌راسیمی ده‌ستبه‌كاربونتانه‌وه ژماره‌یه‌كی باش هه‌ڵه‌ی گه‌وره‌تان كرد. كه ئێمه وه‌ك چاودێرانی مافی مرۆڤ به ئاگاوه وردبینیمان تیا كردووه. لابردنی دوان له گرنگترین كۆڵه‌كه‌ی سوێندخواردنی مه‌راسیمی ده‌ست به‌كاربوونی وه‌زیره‌كان ترسێنه‌ربوو كه به‌ناوی. دیموكراتی و عێراقی فیدراڵ بوو. خۆزگه‌م ده‌خواست قه‌ت ڕووی نه‌دابایه چونكه یه‌كه‌مین وه‌ك كه‌سێك له پله‌و پایه‌ت ده‌ڕوشێنێت و ئاماژه به‌وه ده‌دات تۆ ده‌ست به‌جێ هه‌مان ڕێگه‌ی به‌عسیه‌كانت گرتۆته به‌ر به‌رامبه‌ر كێشه‌ی هه‌ستیاری كورد كه هه‌ڵوێستێكی سیاسی كوشنده‌یه‌و شوره‌یی بۆ لیسته‌كه‌ت په‌یداده‌كات و نابێته جێباوه‌ڕ. له‌كۆبوونه‌وه نهێنییه‌كانی جه‌نابتان و به‌ڕێز ئۆردوگان وتاری نهێنیت هه‌بووه كه پێوه‌ندی به‌كه‌ركوكه‌وه هه‌بووه به‌بێبایه‌خدان به ئه‌نجامه‌كه‌ی. كه جه‌نابت قه‌ت ڕێگه ناده‌یت!! ناسنامه‌ی كوردستانی كه‌ركوك!! ئه‌مه دوباره پێشێلكارییه‌كی كراوه‌یه دژی ئه‌و ڕێسایانه‌ی كه ده‌بێت عیچراقی نوێی له‌سه‌ری دروست ببێته‌وه. ئه‌مه گه‌ڕانه‌وه‌یه بۆ فێله پیسه‌كان و پَیوه‌ندییه ناحه‌زییه‌كان له‌گه‌ڵ توركیادا. له‌یه‌كه‌م وتاری به‌ڕێزتاندا. تۆ نه‌تویستوه پابه‌ندی خۆت پیشان بده‌یت به فیدراڵیزم و ڕۆڵی خۆت له چاره‌سه‌ركردنی پاكتاوی نه‌ژادی كورده‌كان له كه‌ركوك و ئاماژه‌كردن به ماده‌ی 58 ی یاسای به‌ڕێوه‌بردنی كاتی عێراق و هه‌ڵوێستت به‌رامبه‌ر هه‌رێمی كوردستان. یان جۆرێك له‌په‌یوه‌ندی كه حكومه‌ته‌كه‌ت حه‌زده‌كات هه‌یبێت له‌گه‌ڵیدا!! به شێوه‌یه‌كی شاراوه‌یی نه‌بوه. به‌ڕێز سه‌رۆك وه‌زیر. به هه‌موو بنه‌مایه‌كی سه‌ره‌كی هه‌ڵه‌یت له‌و بیركردنه‌وه‌یه‌تدا كه بته‌وێت ده‌ربازبیت له به‌عسیزمی پرۆگرام كراو له پۆشاكی شیعه‌دا و پێویسته ئه‌وه هه‌ڵبسه‌نگێنیت كه توڕه‌بوونی ئێستای گه‌لی كورد له و ڕێگا سه‌یره‌ی هه‌ڵتبژاردووه به‌زووی ڕێساكان و پله‌و پایه‌ی تۆ به ناشه‌رعی داده‌نێت. دكتۆر جه‌مال ساڵح به‌ڕێوه‌به‌ری نوسینگه‌ی ده‌ره‌وه

To the attention of His Excellency. Dr Ibrahim Al-Jaifary’ The Interim Prim minister of Iraq-Baghdad. Iraq Dear Dr. In reference to your Ministerial Inauguration speech. in the light of Kurdistani-sheia Memorandum. prior to the pact. I would like to declare your total disregards to the ethics of the pact. in particular. the terms related to the Federalism. the federal Kurdish Region. and the Articles58. of the provisional Iraqi Administrative Law. Since your inauguration. you have committed quite a number of blunders that we. as Human Rights Observer. have carefully scrutinized. It was awesome to omit two of the very important pillars of the Ministers inauguration swearing. namely. the Democratic. The Federal Iraq. which I wish it never had happened. as it will certainly erode your status in person first. to indicates that you are immediately taking the same path as the Baith. towards the sensitive Kurdish issues. a fatal political stand. which brings shame to your list. & renders you untrustworthy. At your secret sessions of meeting with Mr Aurdogan. you were coated To have stated in relation to Kirkuk. ” no matter what was the outcome. you will never permit!! the Kurdistani identity of Kirkuk!!”. This again an Open violation against all principles upon which the new Iraq should build. it is a return to dirty tricks & cynical collaboration with the Turks. In your Excellency’s first speech. you have failed to demonstrate your commitment to Federalism. your roles to solve the ethnic cleansing of the Kurds in Kirkuk. in reference to article 58 of the provisional Iraqi administrative law. your arch ness on the Kurdistan Region. or the kind of ties your government wishes to have with it!!. was mysteriously off. Mr. Prim Minister. you will be fundamentally wrong to think that you can get away with all these programmed Baithism in a sheia dressing. &you must appreciate that the current anger of the Kurdish nation. at your bizarre path will very soon illegitimacies your status &on principles.
